[Performance] UI Animators.update performance regression from the 2018.1 version
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Enter Play mode and observe the Raw Hierarchy data in the Profiler Window
Actual result: The UI Animators.update performance is almost two times slower than the 2018.1 versions
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.0f1, 2018.3.0a11, 2018.2.19f1, 2018.2.8f1
Not reproducible: 2018.3.0a10, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.1.9f2

We are experiencing this same issue in 2018.4.4f1, can someone please confirm if this is indeed still happening in this version? thanks!

Can we expect this fix to be applied to 2018.2 and 2018.3?
