[Performance] UI Animators.update performance regression from the 2018.1 version
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Enter Play mode and observe the Raw Hierarchy data in the Profiler Window
Actual result: The UI Animators.update performance is almost two times slower than the 2018.1 versions
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.0f1, 2018.3.0a11, 2018.2.19f1, 2018.2.8f1
Not reproducible: 2018.3.0a10, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.1.9f2
