[Perforce] Edit Changeset does not display the full text previously entered in the Description field
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Connect it to Perforce
3. Submit any file in Project window to Version Control (Right-Click on file->Version Control->Submit)
4. Write multiple lines, long description
5. Open Version Control window (Window->Asset Management->Version Control)
6. Select Outgoing tab
7. Open Version Control Changeset window (Right-Click on Changeset->Edit Changeset...)
Expected result: Full changeset description is visible
Actual result: First line is visible partially
Reproducible with: 2017.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a12
Workaround: Click on Version Control window and description becomes visible
