Payload is not passed to the host when using the Unity Transport package
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Open the Editor.log
5. Press “CTRL + F” and type “[Host] Client connected with payload size“
Expected result: A line with the text “[Host] Client connected with payload size: 10” exists in Editor.log
Actual result: Line with text “[Host] Client connected with payload size: 0” is present
Reproducible with: 2.2.1 (2022.3.36f1), 2.3.0 (2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.9f1)
Could not test with: 2.3.0 (2021.3.40f1) (Library\PackageCache\com.unity.collections@2.2.1\Unity.Collections\FixedList.gen.cs(23,13): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Properties' does not exist in the namespace 'Unity')
