Paste Component Values does not work for Prefabs (not in edit mode)
Reproduction Steps:
If I copy component on a vcam in Hierarchy, and then paste values:
* On prefab, in prefab edit mode (double click on prefab): works correctly,
* *On prefab in Hierarchy: does not work correctly.*
* On non-prefab gameobject in Hierarchy: works correctly.
* *On prefab, without prefab edit mode (one click on prefab): does not work correctly.*

* Sometimes it copies everything, sometimes just vcam.
