Passing accessMask = 0 to MutexAccessRule : base constructor, throws ArgumentOutOfRangeException
Passing accessMask=0 (second argument in base), throws ArgumentOutOfRangeException :
public MutexAccessRule (..., ..., ...) : base (identity, 0, false, InheritanceFlags.None, PropagationFlags.None, type)
