ParticleSystem.Simulate exhibits stutter / weird behaviour after duration
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Run scene
Actual: ParticleSystem.Simulate will exhibit stutter behaviour if the simulation time is over the duration of the system
Expected: ParticleSystem.Simulate should not exhibit stutter behaviour
Reproducible: 5.6.0a5, 5.5.0f1, 5.4.2p3
Not reproducible: 5.3.7f1
