Video Player renders no video on specific devices when using Vulkan
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-133093”
2. Build and run the project for Android
3. Observe the mobiles screen and listen to the sound
Actual result: The device plays the sound, but not the visual part of the video
Expected result: The device plays the sound and the visuals of the video
Reproducible with: 2022.3.61f1, 2022.3.71f1, 6000.0.66f2, 6000.2.0a8, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.2.0a7
Built on: macOS 26.1 (M1 Pro)
