Particles with zero scale box shape goes in a straight line downwards
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Notice that the particles are shooting straight down
Expected result: particles should be shooting sideways, from random positions of the line
Actual result: particles are shooting straight down forming a line
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.1.1p2, 2017.1.0b10
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.0b9, 5.6.3p3
Regression since: 2017.1.0b10
