Particle Systems aren't rendered properly in the Editor when Build Target is set to WebGL
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1083545"
2. Open scene "0"
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Scene and Game Views
4. File -> Build Settings -> WebGL -> Switch Platform
5. Repeat step 3
Expected: Particles are rendered correctly
Actual: When the Build Target is switched to WebGL Particle Systems don't render correctly but only in the Editor
Reproducible with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a2
Notes:
- Works correctly when built on WebGL
