Particle System set to Ring Buffer Mode "Pause" or "Loop" leave particles off Screen when Stop() is called from a script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (Bug.zip)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Rotate Camera to the sky
4. Stop Particles
5. See that the Particles do not disappear
Reproducible with: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
Not reproducible with 2017.4 because Ring Buffer Mode properties added to Particle System in 2018.3
Actual results: Particles do not disappear once off screen
Expected results: Particles should disappear once off screen

Resolution Note:
I think it's ok to make the particles die by disabling ringbuffer mode after calling Stop, if that's the behaviour you want. (i.e. your Force Ringbuffer Mode checkbox)
Other users may not want the behaviour you desire. Therefore, both use cases are currently possible.
Traditionally, "Stop" simply prevents new particles from being emitted, it does not forcibly kill particles. I don't want to change that now, because it may negatively impact other users.
