Particle System Renderer's Pivot Z value doesn't work when Render Mode is set to render the Mesh of a Quad
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1076687"
2. Open scene "SampleScene"
3. Select "Particle System" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Expand Particle System's Renderer module
5. Modify the Z value of the Pivot
Expected: ParticleSystem moves along the Z axis
Actual: ParticleSystem stays in place
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.3p4, 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.0a7
