Painter2D Bezier curve rounded ends are broken when the Bezier curve handles are short
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “BezierCaps.zip”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Game view
Expected result: the rounded ends on the lines are drawn with no artifacts
Actual result: the rounded ends on the lines are either not visible or have artifacts cutting into them
Reproducible with: 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a20
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.27f1 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
