[PackMan] Package Manager renders black on launching when there are unapplied changes in any asset
If Package Manager window is opened and there are any unapplied changes made to any asset in the project, the package manager is rendered black until unapplied import settings window is closed. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Assets > Create> Sprites > Square
3) Change the sprite mode from Polygon to Single
4) Window > Package Manager
Actual Result: Package Manager is rendered black until the changes made to sprite asset are applied or reverted
Expected Result: Package Manager should not render black even if there are unapplied changes to any asset
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a23, 2020.1.0a16
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.1f1
Environment: Only on Windows
