[PackMan] Cancel button does not work when Installing/Updating/Removing a Package from Package Manager
While Installing, Updating, or Removing a Package, pressing the 'Cancel' button when the Auxiliary Window pops-up doesn't stop or interrupt the process.
Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Window > Package Manager > Any Package > Install/Remove/Update
3. Press 'Cancel' when the Auxiliary window pops up.
Actual Result:
Process continues uninterrupted
Expected Result:
Process is cancelled
Reproducible with:
2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0f1, 2019.4.5f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2018.4.25f1

Windows 10 and macOS 10.15
