Package (NUnit, Test Tools, Timeout) race condition where modifying a script causes recompile issues and errors
In the included project, when I modify source files in an embedded package, and go back to the editor, the compilation fails. When I relaunch the editor, it succeeds again. This happens each time.
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In Editor, Help -> Reset Packages to defaults
3. Open Config script (if you use search field, make sure In Packages is selected)
4. In Script, do any change and save the changes
5. Observe Console window
Expected result: no errors are thrown
Actual result: "The type or namespace name ... could not be found", restarting the Editor fixes the issue, until the next time package script is modified
Reproducible with: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2017.4 (package manager was not yet introduces)
