Overlay canvas is displayed differently on each Game View
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "922883.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Open two game views with different dimensions
4. Enter play mode
5. Focus any game view
Expected behavior: UI is displayed the same on all Game Views
Actual behavior: UI on other game views shift (watch attached gif)
Reproducible with: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.2.0a3
