Outdoors Volume is incorrectly set to Local in 3D Sample Scene (URP) Tutorial
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using 3D Sample Scenes (URP)
2. Select Graphical features from the Tutorials panel
3. Select Volume framework
4. Follow the Tutorial until page 2/4, step 3.
Expected result: the “Outdoors Volume” is Global like in the description
Actual result: the “Outdoors Volume” is Local, although Tutorial says it is Global
Reproducible with: 3.1.1, 3.1.3 (2022.3.15f1)
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.33f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18 (Template is not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
