[OSX] Unity fails to ask camera permission and crashes on privacy violation
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "WebCam_Crash.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f2, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.1.0a10.
Regression introduced in: 2019.1.0a10.
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a9, 2018.4.14f1, 2017.4.35f1.
Notes:
- same crash happens when using Vuforia.
- Reproducible on both OSX Standalone and Editor

Still happens in 2019.3.5f1 btw.
Oh and after reinstalling unity hub the crashes are back. I somehow need to get Unity Hub in that Security & Privacy (TCC) profile.

So after 3 days of debugging, installing windows on my macbook and seeing it work, a lot of head scratching, and now a night of sleep, I've finally found this workaround!... please fix this for real this time Unity!

Thanks to you, I was able to solve the urgent issue!If I ran the project with Unity Hub, I still have the same problem.

Found temporary solution
1. delete unity hub
2. copy unity ( from application )
3 .paste to documents
4 .and open it ( now it will ask for camera permission and unity will appear in privacy settings of camera )
