[OSX] Scrolling is choppy when scrolling with a trackpad in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add as many components to the 'Main Camera' GameObject that the Inspector would be scrollable
3. Scroll through the Components in the Inspector
Expected result: the trackpad scrolls smoothly through the Inspector
Actual result: the trackpad scrolling is choppy like it is with a mouse wheel
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b12
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a14
Notes:
- Not reproducible on Windows

- Also reproducible with Hierarchy, Project Browser
