[OSX] Holding CMD+' , ' while creating/opening project opens preferences window before editor is opened
To reproduce:
1. Open launcher window
2. Create a new project or open any existing one
3. Hold CMD + ' , ' while compiling scripts or importing assets when creating/opening project
Expected vs actual: preferences window should be opened only after assets are imported and editor is opened
Reproduced: 2018.1.0b8
Not reproducible because of crash (case 988776): 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0b4, 2018.2.0a1
