[OSX] [HDRP] Can't set graphics API manually on Mac
Versions tested: 2019.3.6f1 + 7.3.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new empty 3D object (Not HDRP Template!!), install HDRP, run through a wizard
2) Try to build and see errors due to OpenGL
3) Go to player settings, disable Auto Graphics API for Mac
4) Observe that render loop stops working, API list is empty.
Expected behaviour: Building should work from the beginning, Disabling Auto Graphics API should allow to remove OpenGL
