[OSX] Editor windows appear laggy and fail to repaint sometimes after performing various actions
Note: This appears to affect the various editor windows on macOS, making them look like they're stuck for a moment (or occasionally until editor layout is reset) after performing various actions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached consolelogging.zip project
2. Open Console Window
3. Click on several different logged messages
Expected result: No delay on message selection
Actual result: Slight delay between message selection can be observed, occasionally selection appears stuck and selected message does not seem to be highlighted at all
Alternate steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached consolelogging.zip project
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. In Hierarchy Window, click on the down arrow button left to "SampleScene" to hide gameobjects and click again to reveal gameobjects several times
Expected result: Hiding/expanding is smooth
Actual result: Hiding/expanding appears to be stuttering, occasionally stuck before the entire list is hidden/revealed
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a8
Didn't reproduce with: 2022.2.0a7, 2022.1.0b11, 2021.2.15f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2019.4.36f1
Reproduced on macOS, doesn't reproduce on Windows
