Organizations are not displayed in the Services window

How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Services window
3. Expand the 'Select organization' drop-down menu (make sure that you actually have organizations in id.unity.com)

Expected result: your organizations are shown
Actual result: no organizations are shown

Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a17

    I'm getting this in Project Settings > Services. Using 2021.3.24f1

    facing the same problem still in 2019.4.20
    organization dropdown is empty

    I had the same problem with 2019.2.21f1, and decided to upgrade to 2020.1.13f1 (latest release as of right now).
    The problem still exists: Opening the organizations dropdown in the "create a new service id" menu, I only see my personal account (Firstname-Lastname), not the organization(s) I am working for. This makes setting up IAPs impossible which... is not great.

    a tricky workaround: use 2020.1.0b14 to create a empty project, enable IAP and close project. Then use your favorite version (20180423 in my case) to open it. done.
    Notice: i also delete all folders expect Asset & ProjectSettings before downgrading project with 20180423.
