[Optimize Game Objects] Animated meshes causes scaling issues in Play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project "OptimizeGameObjects.zip" and open in Unity.
2) Open scene "Test" and press Play.
3) Check in Game tab and you will notice that Optimized Game Object having issues with scaling.(see attached "issues.gif").
4) Do same steps with version which is not reproduce this issue. (see attached "noIssue.gif")
Expected result : Optimized Game Object shouldn't scale while animation being played.
Actual result : Optimized Game Object scales while animation being played.
Reproduced with: 5.3.4p1, 5.3.5p5, 5.4.0b13, 5.4.0b23
Not reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b12
