[OpenXR][PSVR2] Black Screen/rendering is frozen when Post Processing is enabled with PSVR2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-128264” project
2. Open the "SamepleScene" Scene
3. Make sure Post-processing is enabled under the "Main Camera" GameObject and "Assets/VRMPAssets/Settings/URP-Performant-Renderer.asset"
4. Connect a PSVR2 headset
5. Launch SteamVR and make sure “Play Mode OpenXR Runtime” under the XR Plug-in Management → OpenXR settings is set to SteamVR
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Observe the PSVR2 Player and Game view
Actual result: Black screen on both PSVR2 Player and Game view, and rendering freezes
Expected result: No black screen, and rendering doesn’t freeze
Reproducible with: 1.14.2 (6000.3.9f1), 1.17.0-pre.1 (6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 1.14.1 (6000.3.9f1)

PSVR2
HTC Vive focus 3 (by user)
Not reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00644 - Oculus Quest 3S (Quest 3S), CPU: Google Tensor G2, GPU: Adreno 740, OS: 14
VLNQA00417 - Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, OS: 10
Environment tested: Windows 10 24H2, Windows 11 Pro
Notes:
- Some users have reported that the issue is also reproducible with HTC Vive headsets
- The issue is in the OpenXR Plugin, which regressed from the 1.14.2 package version
