Opening the three dots button "..." makes some pixels within the same button unclickable
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Select the three dots "..." menu next to any project, taking note of the exact location within the button where the mouse was clicked
3. Click anywhere outside the window to close the menu
4. Hover over the exact same spot where the button was selected in step 2
5. Observe the result
Expected result: All areas of the button are clickable
Actual result: A few pixels in the area has become unclickable
Reproducible in: 3.9.0-beta.1
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 14.6.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
