Opening scene files from explorer does not work
Opening scene from windows explorer does not load the scene.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project.
2. From windows explorer go to the assets folder and run "scene2.unity".
3. Unity starts, but the scene loaded is "scene1.unity".
Reproduced on Windows 10, 5.3.1p2 (49544457ab1d).
