[PlayerSettings][WebGL] Crash on accessing any tab of player settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Player settings
3. Open settings for Standalone
4. Expand "Other Settings" tab
5. Open WebGl settings tab
6. Expand "Resolution and Presentation" tab
7. Unity crashes
Not reproducible with: 5.4.0b2
