Opening Focused Inspector on a GameObject presents 2 'Add Component' Buttons
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Right-click on the 'Main Camera' GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Click Properties
4. Scroll down to the bottom
5. Observe the 'Add Component' Button
Expected result: Only 1 'Add Component' Button is present
Actual result: 2 'Add Component' buttons are present
Reproducible with: 2022.3.35f1, 2022.3.30f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.29f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Cannot reproduce on Windows 11
