[OpenGLES2][Mali] LWRP Template scene has a distorted shading with Post Processing Color Grading effect on Android devices
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project using Lightweight Render Pipeline Template (Open Unity Hub > Click "New" > change template to Lightweight RP);
2. Switch platform to Android;
3. Set Graphics API to OpenGLES2;
4. Set Color Space to Gamma;
5. Build and run on Android devices with Mali GPU.
Expected result: The scene is rendered correctly, no visual artifacts.
Actual result: Scene has a distorted shading when using Color Grading effect.
Note: Reproduces without HDR, MSAA and Anti-aliasing (in Post Processing Layer settings).
Reproduces with: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6.
