[OpenGL] GameObjects blink for a split second on standalone with GPU Instancing enabled
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1101341"
2. Build and Run
3. Play
Actual: Notice the flickering of the screen for a split second after the splash screen
Reproducible with: 2017.2.4p1, 2017.4.15f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
