Only one Canvas is shown on multiple displays when Cameras are disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project "1377628.zip"
2. Build And Run
Expected result: two monitors show different color cubes
Actual result: only one monitor shows a cube
Reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2019.4.32f1, 2020.2.0b3, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.25f1, 2020.2.0b2, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a14
