Yes
Only installed package dependency versions are shown in the "Dependencies" list in the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project (case_1209642-SubScene-AOT.zip)
2. Open the Package Manager window (Menu bar: Window > Package Manager)
3. Select and expand the "Entities" package's version dropdown
4. Select "preview.16 - 0.7.0" version of the "Entities" package (or any other package version that is not installed)
5. Observe the "Dependencies" list on the right
6. Select the currently installed version of the "Entities" package
7. Observe the "Dependencies" list on the right
Expected result: The "Dependencies" list shows both the required and currently installed versions of package's dependencies, like on a non-installed version of the package
Actual result: The "Dependencies" list shows only installed versions of the "Entities" package dependencies
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a8, 2020.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1 (Doesn't have a Package Manager), 2018.4.18f1 (Package Manager doesn't have a dependency list)
