OnAssignMaterialModel callback not called for meshes without material defined in imported file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Reimport FILEPATH
Expected result: There are 9 messages logged
Actual result: There are 6 messages logged
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.a09
