OnApplicationPause(false) is called before Start() on WP8
Initial launch of application calls OnApplicationPause(false) even though it could not have been on pause.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a script which prints out log messages on Start() and OnApplicationPause(bool)
2. Attach created script to any gameObject of project initial scene
3. Build and run it on WP8 device
4. See player log - OnApplicationPause(false) message will be logged before Start() message.

If this is by design, you might want to make a note of it in http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/ExecutionOrder.html. The flowchart on that page makes it seem as though OnApplicationPause will occur very late in the lifecycle.
In practice, OnApplicationPause(false) fires when I first start my game (after Awake, but before Start).
