[Oculus][XRSDK] XRInputSubsystem.TryGetBoundaryPoints always returns success and zero points
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest/Enter Play Mode with Link
3. Observe the log
Actual: zero points are returned
Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a13 - Oculus XR Plugin 1.3.4

Resolution Note:
Oculus Plugin currently does not support TryGetBoundaryPoints through Quest Link. We have forwarded the issue to Oculus.
