[Oculus] View of the secondary Camera is not rendered when it's set as Overlay and built with OpenGLES3

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Build and Run on Quest 2
4. Observe the Scene in the Player

Expected result: Sphere does not exist
Actual result: A dark green colored Sphere is present in the middle of the red plane

Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.15f1, 6000.0.0b11

Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650

Not reproducible on:
Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 (Windows Standalone Player, Play Mode)

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
- Does not reproduce with Vulkan
- Reproducible on a new project with Legacy Oculus integration package

    Not sure if our problem is related to yours. We have a secondary camera with "clear Depth" to display UI on top. We are also sometime rendering these UIs as Oculus Compositing Overlay.
    Our secondary camera is sometimes not rendering anything.
    It seem to be related to shadows, we disabled them as a temp fix.

    We need this fixed in order for us to release future updates to the Quest 2+ version of Ultrawings 2.
