[XR][Oculus GO][Oculus Quest] built-in shader is causing right eye to flicker Unity splash screen with Single Pass mode
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "OculusGlassShaderBug.zip" (or any project containing objects with material that user Unity's shader FX/Glass/Stained BumpDistort)
2. Build and run on Oculus GO or Quest with Stereo Rendering Mode set to Single Pass
3. Observe the results via the device
Result: right eye of the devices only produces flickering Unity logo screen, shader does not produce reflections
Reproduced in: 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.3.0a2
Note1: reproducible on Oculus GO, and Oculus Quest, does not reproduce on Oculus Rift
Note2: not reproducible on Multi-pass

Any fix found for this? Seeming something very similar in a simple scene with only a couple small scripts.
