[XR][Oculus GO][Oculus Quest] Cascade Shadows are not rendered on mobile devices when built on Oculus VR SDK
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "shadow2018Local.zip"
2. Build and Run on appropriate Android device
3. Observe the absence of shadow of the object (compare to editor for reference)
Result: cascading shadows are invisible
