[Oculus] Dark on Light splash screen does not display correctly on Oculus Quest
The default splash screen for Android/Quest is Light on Dark, which works as expected. If user goes into the Player settings and switches to Dark on Light, the following happens:
- The background will still be dark
- The Made With Unity text cannot be seen
- The Unity Logo looks incorrect and has dark shadows on it
