[Octane] PBR viewport camera no longer updates when Maximizing Octane renderer window
To reproduce:
1. Open Any project with Octane set up
2. In PBR viewport tab options, press Maximize
3. Press Maximize again to restore the tab to it's normal size
4. Try moving viewport camera in PBR viewport window
Expected: viewport camera can be rotated by mouse clicking and dragging
Actual: viewport camera can no longer be rotated by mouse (chech .gif attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b1
Note: possible workarounds - closing and opening PBR viewport window, reopening the project
