Objects with joints attached move, when the parent object is disabled/enabled
To Reproduce:
1. Open bugreportproject
2. Open test scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Click "One Frame Activity Toggle" several times
you should notice how the objects are moving, while having a FixedJoint connecting them. All the button does is disable and enable the whole object

Please re-open this bug so it can be voted on. This really needs to be fixed; "Won't Fix" shouldn't even be an option!

That this has not been fixed yet is a disgrace. Incredibly disappointed.
