Objects are not affected by Realtime GI when used in a multi-scene build
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached "test-buildGI-Unity2018.3" project
2. Open "Main" Scene
3. Drag Scenes "Geometry" and "Lighting" to the Hierarchy
4. In Lighting Settings click "Generate Lighting"
5. Open Scene "Loader" (save changes) and enter Play Mode
6. In Game View click button "Load Main Scene" - Observe how objects are illuminated in the scene
7. Build and Run the project
Expected result: Objects are affected by Realtime GI the same way in Play Mode and Build
Actual result: In the build Cube is not affected by GI
