Object with OnPointerClick script is ignored if parent is a button
Reproduction Steps:
1: Import attached project.
2. Open "test" scene.
3. Enter Play mode.
4. Click the white square.
5. Observe console.
6. In the Hierarchy, select object "1".
7. Activate the "Button (Script)" component.
8. Click the white square.
Expected result: Console should give out same message as before.
Actual result: Script is ignored and only the button object is clicked on.
Reproducible with: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3p3, 5.5.1p2, 5.6.0b6
