Shadow biasing issues visible in scene view
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's project and open in Unity
2. Observe the "SampleScene"
Expected: the surface of objects should be smooth
Actual: the surface of objects has parallel lines
Reproduced on: 2017.3.0a4; 2017.4.1f1; 2018.1.0f1; 2018.2.0b1
Not reproduced on: 2017.2.2p3; 2017.3.0a3
Regression introduced: 2018.1.0b6 (with the introduction of templates)
