Object size is doubled when center scaling it with custom script using Handles.ScaleHandle method
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1264038.zip' project
2. Select the Cube in the Hierarchy window
3. Select the center handle of the Cube in the Scene window and try to move it slowly
Expected result: the cube's size increases gradually/slowly
Actual result: the cube's size doubles
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b6, 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0a4, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a3
