Object rotation becomes laggy when using mouse with 1000HZ Pooling Rate
To reproduce:
1. Download project attached by QA
2. Open "q" scene and go to the scene view
3. Press button to rotate the game object
4. Start rotating cube and notice that it is very laggy
Expected: Rotating object with 1000hz pooling rate shouldn't be laggy
Reproduce with: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.3.0b3

This seems to be only affecting High Sierra, and makes creating levels etc very frustrating.
If you are using a laptop, using the touchpad does not slow down Unity.Video illustrating the problem:
