Object Picker for AssetReference is not opened when using keyboard keys in Inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AssetRefBug.zip"
2. Open the "Scenes/SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Directional Light" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, attempt to open the "Asset Reference" field's Object Picker using tab and enter keyboard keys
Expected result: Tab selects the "Asset Reference" field, enter key opens the Object Picker
Actual result: Tab skips the "Asset Reference" field
Reproducible with: 1.16.19, 1.18.11 (2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2)
Notes:
1. Unable to highlight the "Asset Reference" field when selecting it
2. Object Picker for fields under "Asset Reference" does not open when using enter as well
