Object Picker button stops functioning when the Object field is no longer seen in an Editor Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1423643.zip"
2. In the Menu Bar select "Window -> My Window"
3. Change the width of the opened window to the smallest possible
4. Click the bullseye button on the right of the "go" property
Expected result: The button opens the Object Picker
Actual result: The button doesn't do anything when clicked
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a14
