NullReferenceException when exporting Object to FBX with missing Motion value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open "Assets\Scenes\SampleScene" Scene
3. Right-click "test_generic" in the Hierarchy and select Export to FBX
4. Press Export
Expected result: Object is Exported successfully
Actual result: A NullReferenceException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2.0.3-preview.3 (2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1), 3.2.1-preview.2 (2020.2.2f1), 4.0.0-pre.1 (2021.1.0b2)
